80s Aerobics: Cardio and Tone (IN STUDIO)

Are you fond of barre but wish there was more heart-pumping and a bit of optional jumping? Come try our take on a classic workout. This total body aerobic, strength, and flexibility class features easy-to-follow cardio combos and barre-inspired toning sections for 50-minutes of fun a la 80s workout Queen Jane Fonda. Go ahead, throw on leg warmers and a leotard and get jazzed to exercise.

Retro-wear optional, Athletic shoes encouraged.

In Studio Safety Protocols
  • Studio doors open 5min before class
  • Masks optional
  • Bring water
  • Capacity is limited to maintain social distancing
  • All high touch surfaces will be sanitized prior to class
  • Monitor yourself for signs of illness and stay home if any symptoms appear.  when in doubt air on the side of caution
  • If you can not attend, please cancel your reservation AT LEAST 4 hours before class. The earlier the better. Late-canceling will result in the loss of your class credit.

HYBRID: This class is taught in a hybrid format, meaning all classes will be simultaneously live-streamed through zoom. We hope by doing so we can exercise as one big happy fitness family, whether in studio or at home. By signing up for this class in the studio, clients  acknowledge the possibility of being on camera during these broadcasts, and visible to their at-home classmates. These classes may be recorded for training purposes ONLY and will not be shared outside of Straightline staff.
