Burlesque Chair Dance (Virtual and In Studio)
with Petty Treason

In honor of Valentine's Day, we’re pairing champagne and strawberries with our annual fun and flirty chair dance workshop with talented Burlesque performer Petty Treason.  She'll guide you through a warm up, chair dance move basics, and then teach you steamy choreography.  A recording of the lesson will be yours to access until the end of the month.  You can practice and perform for yourself or a significant other.  This class embraces the art of the chair dance and welcomes people of all genders, identities, and levels.   

Petty Treason (she/her/hers) is a Minneapolis-based performer, producer, and educator. Her works include the creation and production of "Whose Bra is it Anyways?," a burlesque improv show, tech production of the "Nudie Nubies World Wide: An Amateur Reveal" and is co-producer of "Capital City Cabaret." Petty is on staff at the Rose Academy of Burlesque and has taught classes focusing on movement, burlesque skills, and acting. When she isn't running around like a chicken with her head cut off, she's probably cuddling her dogs Mike and Natalie and eating spinach dip.
