This 30-minute workout focuses on developing and toning your glutes to stabilize and strengthen your body.  Each section is song based and pre-choreographed.  To deepen the burn and build true strength and shape, we incorporate signature power bands.

Equipment:  
  • Athletic Footwear, yoga mat for cushion
  • PILOXING Booty Power Bands (2 different resistance strengths) and a unique Grip Pad. Click here to purchase - pick up at class.)
SOME BOOTY CLASSES ARE OFFERED AS HYBRID: When taught in a hybrid format,  all classes will be simultaneously live-streamed through zoom. We hope by doing so we can exercise as one big happy fitness family, whether in studio or at home. By signing up for this class in the studio, clients  acknowledge the possibility of being on camera during these broadcasts, and visible to their at-home classmates. These classes may be recorded for training purposes ONLY and will not be shared outside of Straightline staff.

In Studio Safety Protocols:
  • Studio doors open 5min before class
  • Masks optional
  • Bring water
  • Capacity is limited to maintain social distancing
  • All high touch surfaces will be sanitized prior to class
  • Monitor yourself for signs of illness and stay home if any symptoms appear.  when in doubt air on the side of caution
  • If you can not attend, please cancel your reservation AT LEAST 4 hours before class. The earlier the better. Late-canceling will result in the loss of your class credit.
In-Person classes have a minimum enrollment.  Classes that fall well below capacity may be canceled via email.
