This Barre class is a recorded workout  accessible anytime for your convenience. On the date of the class, you will be able to access the video in your content library (when logged in)  at Straightline.Punchpass.com/content-library  As a bonus, the video will be available for seven days and you can do it as often as you like. 

Join us for this full-body strengthening and lengthening class.  We'll flow through series of barre strength training and fascial fitness. We'll target several important body-wide fascial lines as well as all the major muscle groups, gaining strength and flexibility in our entire bodies. 

Equipment Needed: A Sturdy Chair, an unobstructed wall, and a tennis ball
