Kagan Alexander Ford has been in and around dance his whole life. With both of his parents being dancers in a prominent ballet and contemporary ballet company his path to dance was unknowingly set from an early age. His passion directed him to share his appreciation for dance by working with the Anchorage School District teaching and choreographing at k-12 schools throughout Alaska while simultaneously running multiple dance teams for ballroom, salsa, bachata, and swing for Rumboso Ballroom (a company he started in 2007).

Erika Cianciaruso has been dancing since age 3 and transitioned from ballet to ballroom at the age of 16. She quickly fell in love with the artistry, style and depth of ballroom dancing. She competed across the country through college and co-founded Madtown Ballroom at the University of Wisconsin Madison where she directed a performance team, organized showcases and led classes. These days she focuses mostly on social, latin dances and is excited to take her dance career to the next level here in the Twin Cities.
