Oula Fusion is the art of melting two or three Oula formats together to create a magical whole. Emilie’s class will blend Oula Power bodyweight strength tracks with Oula dance tracks. We will begin with two mat tracks to activate our glutes and our core. Then we will dance it out for 30 minutes. After dancing we’ll be back on the mat for a pushup, lower body, and ab track before cooling down and stretching out.
