Instructor Gretchen will guide you through a series of widely recommended wellness best practices to prime your body's innate healing power.  In less than 25 minutes, you'll experience breathwork, movement, and mindfulness for better embodiment throughout your day. Revisit all or part of the video whenever you need to calm and center yourself. 

Each class incorporates:
breathing (@ 3 min)
fascial stretching (@ 15 min)
Guided meditation (@ 5 min)
