The pelvic floor fascia is important because it connects with the abdominals, the muscles of the back, and the muscles of the legs. Having a toned pelvic floor can help to make your workouts more effective, powerful, and successful. As an added benefit, improving pelvic floor tone can also help relieve back pain, improve hip function, decrease mild prolapse symptoms, decrease mild incontinence problems, and increase libido. In this 60 minute workshop you will learn exercises to train the fascia of the pelvic floor.
