Move your body while learning the style and technique of Hip Hop dancing. This low-pressure dance class begins with a follow-along warm up, breaks down and drills foundational movements, and puts it all together in choreography.  Students will work on rhythm, musicality, coordination, control, texture, and style. Wear comfortable clothing and clean, drawer, non-marking sneakers.  

Janelle has made fitness and dance a part of her life since her teenage years. She coached her high school dance team and is currently a member of Elite Family Dance.
