Our first Turn Up class on March 29 is a free 30-minute sample. 

Turn up combines HIIT training, strength, and dance.  These fun and intense workouts help you push past barriers and treat yourself like a priority. You will be challenged, but you will love it as you step outside your comfort zone and step into your power.

This workout is L.I.T. with J.  Janelle hopes to infuse every class with the message that Love is Tight.   Janelle has been into fitness and strength training since she was a teen.  She loves sports and being outdoors.  She also began dancing as a teen. Most recently, she belonged to a MN dance team called Elite Family and had the opportunity to compete at World of Dance.
