Connect to your center. Outdoor Core is a time-efficient 30-minute group workout at the park. Power through an intentional variety of dynamic movements and positions to create functional core strength. Each class is adaptable, fluid, and accessible to all. A strong mobile center is essential for alignment, stability, and function. A dedicated core workout is a great addition to all weekly workout routines.
Join us on Wednesdays outside at
Sheridan Memorial Park (at the end of our street near the big ball by the river). Class will be in the studio if rain.
You'll need a beach towel or yoga mat, a water bottle, sunglasses/hat, and tennis shoes.
Instructor Ethan has been doing personal training and group fitness for 8 years. He loves being outside, moving his body, listening to music (usually some kind of bass music), reading sci-fi, spending time with his and his wife/teacher Caroline’s dogs, and eating potatoes!
