Join us in the studio for TRIPLE THREAT, a high-energy, fun, full-body workout that integrates cardio kickboxing, conditioning, and yoga. Class will include:
Cardio kickboxing integrating kicks, punches, and easy-to-follow combos. No jumping or impact required!
Strength and conditioning with body weight (think planks, pushups, squats, and lunges) and a variety of equipment.
A mindful, flowing yoga practice, complete with savasana.
Bring workout shoes, a yoga mat, and of course, WATER! We will work up a sweat. This class is for all fitness levels and lots of options will be given throughout.
