Together, we'll create an atmosphere of celebration, acceptance, and love using dance, music & our incredible community to let go of inhibitions, break free from the ordinary, and dance with unabashed joy...and learn a fun routine along the way. This choreography asked class is also a great workout. You’ll break down a dance, learning it by the 8 count and by the end, you’ll be doing the full routine.
Instructor Bio: Katie is the Co-Founder of The Move For Good, a community-driven organization that emphasizes the power of movement and connection. She discovered the transformative power of group fitness at 16 and has been dedicated to sharing that experience ever since. With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, Katie has managed and built programs for major health club organizations, trained and educated fitness professionals, and created signature classes and programming. She is renowned for her contagious joy and her talent for making a meaningful impact through every interaction, as her most cherished role is teaching various forms of movement alongside you.
