POP PilatesĀ® is  a full-body workout choreographed to upbeat pop music.  Feeling like a dance on the mat, our 45-minute class flows from a standing dynamic warm-up to body-weight work that targets the abs, arms, and glutes while incorporating sections of cardio.  Similar to classical Pilates, benefits include strength, flexibility, and balance.  This class is for all levels and the instructor will demo options so participants can choose their degree of intensity.  POP PilatesĀ® is energizing, lighthearted, and challenging. Class will be virtual if rain. 

Equipment: Bring your own yoga mat and water.  Recommended: bare feet and hat/sunglasses

Class will be held in the studio, if rain. 

*If you can not attend, please cancel your reservation AT LEAST 4 hours before class. The earlier the better. Late-canceling will result in the loss of your class credit.
