Open House! This 90 minute window is designed to help you fit in your fitness. Come when you like, stay as long as you like, leave when you feel done. During this time you will move through several stations to get a full body workout.

Stations may include: 
Rebounder
Barre
Weights
Bands
Ball
Bodyweight

Instructor Jourdan will set up stations and guide you through the exercises.

Wear athletic shoes and bring water.

Punchpass will allow sign ups up until the start of class.  After that, show up at the studio, and Jourdan will add you to the roster.
