This circuit style class uses weights and an optional rebounder. During the beginning of the video, instructor Jourdan introduces the circuit, providing instructions and options. Then join her she runs through the circuit with you. Between each station, a black and white clip previews the next move. Complete all 6 moves for one circuit, a total of 7.5 minutes . Rewind and repeat the circuit as many times as you like.
