Choreographed bouncing routines that will give you a full body workout, which we'll follow with a relaxing fascial release.

Attend in studio or virtually.  Everyone will receive an email with the zoom link.

Equipment used: a rebounder, a yoga strap/belt/scarf, a yoga mat, a tennis ball, athletic shoes, and water.
