Ballet conditioning or Progressing Ballet Technique — Experience a workout that will strengthen and stretch your body. Although this workout was originally designed with ballet dancers in mind, everyone can benefit from these exercises. Use of a stability or fit ball makes this workout unique, challenging and most important fun. As the fit ball is continually mobile under the body it gives a proprioception for both posture and weight placement whilst feeling each correct muscle group. Each exercise has been developed with care and guidance to not only build strength but also improve balance, stability and range of motion.
