Come try out our new Barre Bounce format!

This Barre fusion class incorporates the trampoline for a fun energizing cardiovascular boost.  Class will rotate through sections of ab work, simple bouncing routines, and barre strength training (often on the rebounder).

Wear athletic shoes, a supportive bra, and bring water.
