Part barre, part stretch. We will start with a mindful warm up, do 30 minutes dynamic barre strength training, and finish with a restorative stretch.  The best of both worlds, you'll strengthen and lengthen, tense and release, work and reward. 

You'll need stretchy clothes, water, and a yoga mat.
