Mixxedfit is an explosive body rolling, booty popping cardio dance class.  High energy tracks, dynamic diva movements, and bootcamp style toning routines work your heart and your body with lunges and squats.  The songs are pumped up, empowering, and sexy. No dance experience require, all people welcome.
