At the barre, men often feel like the odd man out. While we always welcome all people in every class, this one encourages male identifying people with or without a friend or significant other, so they can experience firsthand the benefits of Barre.

For all levels, Barre targets stabilizing muscles that are often overlooked in a traditional power and strength training session. It improves flexibility, helps prevent injuries, and teaches you mind-body awareness. Plus it's MUCH harder than you think--many athletes report improvements in their conditioning and performance. Ready to feel the burn?  Don't be intimidated, barre's not "just for girls."

To Bring to Studio: Water. Yoga Mat (available in studio), bare feet or  grippy socks (Available for purchase in studio).
