A follow-along style dance fitness class for those with a range of dance experience. The 60-minute class includes conditioning and toning and follow-along combinations that get the heart pumping. We dance to a variety of music including hip-hop, pop, salsa, and reggaeton.
After class, feel free to stay for a half hour of choreography. Work on a few phrases of a routine set to a fun song.

In Studio Safety Protocols
- Studio doors open 5 min before class
- Masks optional
- Bring water
- Capacity is limited to maintain social distancing
- All high touch surfaces will be sanitized prior to class
- Monitor yourself for signs of illness and stay home if any symptoms appear. when in doubt air on the side of caution
- If you can not attend, please cancel your reservation AT LEAST 4 hours before class. The earlier the better. Late-canceling will result in the loss of your class credit.
