Did you know that 10 minutes on a trampoline is equivalent to 30 minutes of running?  Get an amazing workout in record time.  Rebounding has numerous health and fitness benefits, plus it’s super fun. We will do simple routines to fun energizing music. Perfect excuse to get out of work on time and bounce before dinner.

Have a rebounder at home? Join us online.  All on the roster will receive an email with the zoom link, which will also be in their reservations in Punchpass.

Wear athletic shoes, a supportive bra, and bring water.
