Falling at the Barre! Join us for a barre class Outdoors. We will meet near the deck in the parking lot. Part barre, part stretch. We will start with a mindful warm up, do 30 minutes dynamic barre strength training, and finish with a restorative stretch. The best of both worlds, you'll strengthen and lengthen, tense and release, work and reward.
Bring your own yoga mat and water. Wear bare feet, grippy socks, or athletic shoes.
Class will be held in the studio, if rain.
