This class will help you unwind both your mind  and your body. We will start with breathwork and mindful dynamic movement. Then we'll lovingly stretch, hydrate, and mobilize the superficial and deep fascial lines with the help of the barre, blocks, straps, and a tennis ball.  At the end of class, we'll do a back massage and a brief meditation.  So clear your schedule and plan for a relaxing night. We'll use low colored lighting and sound healing music to set the tone.  Treat yourself to an early bedtime or a soothing soak after class.

You'll need warm loose fitting or stretchy clothing, water, and a yoga mat. At home, you'll need a tennis ball and a strap or long belt/scarf.

This class is in studio and on zoom.  All those signed up will receive the zoom link via email and in their punchpass reservations.
