Join us for our new class from home, Interval Bounce, a fun and efficient 30-minute group class on Wednesdays at 5:15pm. Jourdan will get our hearts pumping with cardio, strength, and core intervals using the rebounder, weights, and barre. Together we will sweat, tone and stretch, all before dinnertime!
Suggested Equipment: Rebounder, Hand Weights (2-5 pounds), Athletic Shoes, a Chair or Barre
