Join us for our new class, Interval Bounce, a fun and efficient 30-minute group class on Wednesdays at 5:15pm. Jourdan will get our hearts pumping with cardio, strength, and core intervals using the rebounder, weights, and barre. Together we will sweat, tone and stretch, all before dinnertime!

Wear athletic shoes, and bring water.
