POP Pilates® is  a full-body workout choreographed to upbeat pop music.  Feeling like a dance on the mat, our 45-minute class flows from a standing dynamic warm-up to body-weight work that targets the abs, arms, and glutes while incorporating sections of cardio.  Similar to classical Pilates, benefits include strength, flexibility, and balance.  This class is for all levels and the instructor will demo options so participants can choose their degree of intensity.  POP Pilates® is energizing, lighthearted, and challenging.

Bring your own yoga mat and water

SOME POP PILATES CLASSES ARE OFFERED AS HYBRID: When taught in a hybrid format,  all classes will be simultaneously live-streamed through zoom. We hope by doing so we can exercise as one big happy fitness family, whether in studio or at home. By signing up for this class in the studio, clients  acknowledge the possibility of being on camera during these broadcasts, and visible to their at-home classmates. These classes may be recorded for training purposes ONLY and will not be shared outside of Straightline staff.

  • All high touch surfaces will be sanitized prior to class
  • Monitor yourself for signs of illness and stay home if any symptoms appear.  when in doubt air on the side of caution
  • If you can not attend, please cancel your reservation AT LEAST 4 hours before class. The earlier the better. Late-canceling will result in the loss of your class credit.
