Walk forwards and you feel wonderful. You can strut forward, lunge forward and if you’re feeling happy even skip forward. Now imagine doing those same movements in a backward direction. How do you feel? Anxious? Off balance? Hesitant? Not so sure of your movements?

The “We’ve got your back” workshop will help with a series of exercises that will stabilize, strengthen and stretch your body so that you can feel more comfortable moving in any direction.
