Beat the heat with this cooling full moon practice. Join us for this special class. The practice will include, Pranayama (breath work), Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation) and other cooling standing and seated poses that incorporate forward folds, twists and supported/restorative inversions. This class will be taught in a hybrid style pulling from vinyasa and hatha yoga traditions, including an extended Savasana. Please bring a sturdy blanket or beach towel.
