Breathwork for Gratitude
Breathwork is a general term that is used to describe multiple types of conscious breathing exercises. Breathwork is a powerful tool for moving energy in the body and for creating space for healing in the body and in the consciousness. Folx may practice breathwork to manage stress, process emotions, and stimulate creativity.
