Piloxing Barre is a high-energy combination of boxing, pilates, and barre blocks. Graceful flowing barre work lengthens and strengthens and feels like an upbeat ballet class. Done mostly at the barre (or with the help of a chair), boxing blocks have exhilarating patterns for a fun burst of cardio. Just wait until you see your chiseled piloxing shoulders!

Note: Barefoot training (without shoes) preferred, grippy socks required.  Socks for purchase here, in-studio pickup. 
Equipment: Optional PILOXING gloves to increase challenge and improve results. Available for purchase here, in-studio pickup.

In Studio Safety Protocols
  • Studio doors open 5min before class
  • Masks optional
  • Bring water
  • Capacity is limited to maintain social distancing
  • All high touch surfaces will be sanitized prior to class
  • Monitor yourself for signs of illness and stay home if any symptoms appear.  when in doubt air on the side of caution
  • If you can not attend, please cancel your reservation AT LEAST 4 hours before class. The earlier the better. Late-canceling will result in the loss of your class credit.
