Great barre introduction for new clients and a refresher for barre enthusiasts.
Barre is a full-body, low-impact exercise program. Using a combination of isometric and dynamic movements, you create lean, flexible strength. Warning: this class is fun, super effective, and addicting!
Equipment (varies based on class): Yoga Mat, Sturdy Chair, Hand weights (or water bottles/canned goods), bare feet or grippy socks. We occasionally ask for straps or hand towels, pillows or small balls, heavy books or jugs.
