Sundays: Yoga Stretch and Restore (60 minutes)
Mondays: Piloxing Booty (30 minutes)
Tuesdays: Piloxing or Piloxing Barre (alternating)
Wednesdays: 305 Fitness
Thursdays: Barre
Fridays: Xabeat
Saturdays: Sweat + Stretch
All recordings released in the content library on the day scheduled. Signing up anytime before 10 pm that day will give you immediate access. Remains available for 7 days.
Need a workout that flexes to your schedule? Our daily recorded zoom class allows you to attend virtual classes on your own time--attendance during the scheduled time is not required. Sign up as you would a live class (free for autopay members), 7-day access becomes available on that date in our content library. Ready when you are!
