Barre is a full-body, low-impact exercise program. Using a combination of isometric and dynamic movements, you create lean, flexible strength. Warning: this class is fun, effective, and addicting!
Bring your own yoga mat and water. Wear bare feet, grippy socks, or athletic shoes.
