We'll explore the connection between chronic pain and fascia, and learn how to get relief with consistent, gentle training. We'll start with a mindful body scan and joint mobilization to bring awareness, breath, and movement to all parts of our body. Then we'll flow through fascia stretches and dynamic movements to elongate, lengthen, and lubricate our connective tissues.
This is a 2-part Workshop. Feel free to attend one or both classes.
November 6th: Lower Body Focus: Feet, Hamstrings, and Hips
November 20th: Upper Body Focus: Neck, Shoulders, and Back
Attendees will receive access to a recorded Fascia stretch to continue to practice at home.
