Graceful Movements. Powerful Punches. Piloxing is a nonstop, heart-pumping fusion of pilates, boxing, and dance. Get funky with fun dance moves, find balance with pilates, and build power with boxing. Piloxing helps you burn maximum calories and build lean muscle mass. Never have you enjoyed sweating so much. 

Location: Class will take place in the back alley of our parking lot. It will be held virtually in the event of rain. 
Note: Barefoot training usually preferred, but outdoors we recommend athletic shoes.  Bring water.
Equipment: Optional PILOXING gloves to increase challenge and improve results. Available for purchase here.
