This mindfully paced, all-levels yoga practice will use the breath as our anchor and rhythm. We will move through a series of standing postures that focus on balance and steadiness before cooling down with seated/supine postures. Brief meditation will leave you smiling.

Equipment: Yoga Mat, Comfy Space
