Piloxing is a non-stop, heart-pumping fusion of pilates, boxing, and dance. Get funky with fun dance moves, find balance with pilates, and build power with boxing. Piloxing helps you burn maximum calories and build lean muscle mass. This is the full 60 min. class, complete with strength training at work.
Note: Barefoot training (without shoes) preferred, grippy socks required. Bring your own or purchase

In Studio Safety Protocols
- Studio doors open 10-15min before class
- Bring water
- Capacity is limited to maintain social distancing
- All high touch surfaces will be sanitized prior to class
- Monitor yourself for signs of illness and stay home if any symptoms appear. when in doubt air on the side of caution
- If you can not attend, please cancel your reservation AT LEAST 4 hours before class. The earlier the better. Late-canceling will result in the loss of your class credit.
