Bring: Wear supportive athletic footwear and bring water.
Rain Plan: In the event of severe weather, class will be held virtually, and a zoom link will be sent to everyone before class.
Cancelation: As always, if you can not attend, please cancel at least 4 hours before class or risk losing your class credit.
